I'm an eighteen year old college student, at DeVry University in Orlando, Florida.

I have had an interesting high school life, beginning at Lake Howell High of Winter Park, moving onto Crooms Academy of IT in Sanford, unexpectedly taking a detour through Excel Alternatives, and then coming back around to Lake Howell High, where I graduated in June of 2008.

The idea of UnSpoken Secrets had come from Frank Warren's Post Secret, a collaborative art project where people anonymously mailed in their secrets to his PO Box, and he then filters and places a select few onto his website every week. I wanted to make my own PostSecret, but after the realization that he recieved over 1,000 a week, as well as having to take the time and effort to physically compose my secret... I figured he wouldn't see it after all the time and effort I had put into it. So I decided an online alternative was much easier. But then I realized there was no online submission... so I created UnSpoken-Secrets.com, a website where anyone can anonymously post a secret, resulting in this amazing depression-battling website.

Since the site's release in December 2006, I have received over 1,400 digital anonymous secrets, each and every one of which is placed into the "Vault" for past viewing. The website has had two television interviews, six college-paper interviews, two state newspaper interviews, and a radio appearance.

Hopefully through the word of mouth, UnSpoken Secrets can grow immensely and become a place where teens can resort to, to be a place where they can find help.
